Give it a shot!

I've loved my journal so far immensely! If you're like me and are always buying new notebooks, dreaming of starting journaling but never get very far, this one's for you! I suffer from depression and anxiety so MI has also proved itself to be the perfect tool to collect my thoughts and declutter my mind. The exercises ask the right questions and make you really think!

How long does the Journal take to complete?

Each page is undated, allowing you to go at your own speed and discover what works best for you. If you used it five times a week, it would take you around three months to finish a Journal. Just remember that there is no need to write every day; the goal is to discover what works best for you and stick with it.

What do I do once I’ve completed the Journal?

At the moment, we're working on the next iteration of The Journal. This  will be the next step in your journey. It is designed for individuals who have finished the Journal and includes our unique Check-In Tool, new thoughtful Reflection Sections, and more free writing space to help you accomplish anything you set your mind to.
